Academic Performance
You may access and/or download the reports listed below using the links provided. Hard copies and appropriate translation (written or oral) will be made available to parents upon request.
Federal Report Card
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires each state education agency to prepare and publish an annual report card with state-, district-, and campus-level data.
Every district that receives Title I, Part A funding is responsible for distributing the campus-, district-, and state-level report cards to each of its campuses, the parents of all enrolled students, and the public.
School Report Card
The school report card (SRC) combines accountability ratings, data from the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), and financial information to give a broad view of campus performance. The SRC is intended specifically to inform parents and guardians about a school's individual characteristics and its academic performance.
2022-2023
The issuance of 2023 school report cards is pending and subject to change based on judicial rulings or decisions from the 88th Legislature during a special called session. The 2023 SRC will be posted here once they are published by TEA. Please visit the TEA 2023 Accountability Development Materials webpage for more information.

Texas Academic Performance Report
Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR) present school performance disaggregated by student groups, including ethnicity and socioeconomic status. TAPRs also provide extensive information on school staff, programs, and student demographics.
Accountability
Texas provides annual academic accountability ratings to its public school districts, charters and schools. The ratings are based largely on performance on state standardized tests, graduation rates, and postsecondary readiness. The ratings examine student achievement, school progress, and efforts to close achievement gaps among various student groups.

Campus Monitoring & Interventions
Campus Improvement Plan
Under TEC§11.253(c), each school year the principal of each school campus, with the assistance of the campus-level School Support Team, must develop, review and revise the campus improvement plan for the purpose of improving student performance for all student populations, including students in special education programs under Education Code Chapter 29, subchapter A, with respect to the academic excellence indicators and any other appropriate performance measures for special needs populations.
Targeted Improvement Plan
A Targeted Improvement Plan serves as the method for a campus to submit planning efforts for ongoing feedback and support from a designated TEA Specialist and Education Service Center School Improvement case manager.

House Bill 3
In accordance with House Bill 3 (HB 3), the YES Prep Public Schools Board of Directors has adopted the following plan in early childhood (EC) literacy and math, as well as college, career, and military readiness (CCMR).
