Title 1 Meetings

YES Prep hosted Title I meetings in Q2  (before January 5, 2023) to ensure parents and family members are aware of their rights and responsibilities in the education of their children.  

Our Title 1 Meeting dates were:

• Thursday, November 3rd from 8:00 am- 9:00 am (In-person)
• Tuesday, November 11th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Virtually through Teams)

We value contributions from parents and family members and, as such, strive to build positive and strong partnerships between the children’s two worlds, school and home. 

Topics discussed at the meetings were: 

• Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) - English 

• YES Prep Campus Specific Family Engagement Policy - English / Español 

• School-Parent Compact - English / Español 

• Notification to Parents of Teacher Qualifications 

• Family Engagement Opportunities
